As we are in a relatively remote location, there is no cooking allowed in the 'Escape cabins. Instead, family-style meals are served out of a central cook house - complete with fresh goodies baked in my wood cook stove. I serve basic cowboy cuisine and bush baking, and am always happy to modify my menu to suit individual guest preferences. |
