Kelowna bylaw restricts rental contracts to 28 day minimum, but you need not be on site the entire time.
Two contracts are available for Summer 2010:
Approx. June 28 to July 28, 2010 for $11,000.
Approx. August 4 to September 4 for $11,000 (with opportunity to stay longer)
I'm mildly flexible on above dates.

Shoulder season (late May, June, Sept, early Oct) is $5500 for 28 days.
Low season is $2500 for 28 days or $2000 plus utilities long term.

Your kids will love this! Our level lot is safe for kids and seniors with no rocks and shallow water which warms up nicely in our bay.

Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has a single/double bunk.
